"I know of no manner of speaking so offensive as that of giving praise, and closing it with an exception."

PROJECT CONDUCT

Three keys to success in effectively conducting a project are:
  1. The ability to direct team members, so each knows what is expected from their portion of the project.
  2. The ability to efficiently delegate work (particularly the work that in the past the project manager has done themselves).
  3. The ability to oversee the project to know how the project is progressing and when and where interventions are needed.
