WHAT WE WERE ASKED TO DO
Reshape the vision, skill set and marketing approach of personnel from a hardware orientation to a total business solutions provider and create a new team.
APPROACH TAKEN
Facilitated a team building Joint Development Approach (JDA) Focus Session which helped to clarify the corporate vision, to identify problems, and to prioritize issues in order to arrive at possible solutions.
RESULT
After completing the Joint Development Approach process as a pilot in the Southeast Division, we were asked to use the same technology in New York for the Northeast Division and in San Fancisco for the California Practice. We are continuing to coach them in project management.
